Lemon pepper

Our Lemon Pepper flavour has a powerful aroma filled with zesty-citrus and cracked black peppercorns. The lemon zest is mashed in house with our toasted black peppercorns which allows the citrus oil to infuse into the pepper. Alongside our secret blend of herbs and spices, this hybrid flavour has a zesty lemony taste mixed with underlying peppery notes that compliment each other perfectly.

Ingredients : 250g Lean Beef used for every 100g of Jerky, Soya sauce (Soy,Gluten), lemon zest, Worcestershire sauce (Barley,Fish), onion powder, garlic powder, coarse black pepper, kosher salt, sodium Nitrate (preservative)

Please note : We make small batches of jerky but very frequently. This is to ensure all our jerky is fresh upon arrival. We also stamp a best before date of 2 weeks this is not a expiry date. If you would like to preserve it for longer you can either place the jerky into a air right container such as a mason jar or you can place it in the refrigerator. 

If you wish to bulk order / take abroad or have any queries about anything, please feel free to message us so we can discuss vacuum sealing options of the jerky at an extra cost to preserve it for the foreseeable future as well as discussing custom order enquiries.
